Fanatic Freewave 2005: 2 boards

AVAILABLE: July 04
COST: £899

The new Fanatic freewave range replaces the highly successful Goya Freewave range of 2003/2004. Last years board was one of the UK’s best sellers, offering performance to freeride sailors, wave sailors and freestylers alike. With this years board, Fanatic have tried to retain that versatility whilst increasing the wind range of the two designs.

NEW FEATURES

For an even wider range, the new FreeWaves have been spaced a little further apart in width, to really cover sailing from light breezes to heavy weather.

Scoop-Rocker-Line

The rocker line that was introduced last year has been re-tuned to the max. It´s characteristics provide super early planing and acceleration with a great amount of control once you go blasting

Outline

Shorter and wider

  • the new designs feature shorter and wider outlines for more low-end performance and better high-end control
  • the thinner deck volume gives more comfort and control, with increased manouverbility

Technology

Carbon-Kevlar-Double-Sandwich / Light Finish

  • the lightest and most impact resistant cloth available world wide. The new light finish look also optimises the weight of the boards without any loss in durability.
