JP first started out as a hard core wave brand. This
board sees two firsts for JP: their first ever beginners
board range and their first board with a daggerboard!
The larger 205 board is the standard beginner board
with a daggerboard.
The smaller 180 board is slightly narrower and has better
freeride characteristics. It comes with two fins: one
in the usual rear slot and one where the daggerboard
should be. This fin can be removed as the sailor improves
and starts planning. The supplied fin base prevents water
turbulence underneath the board.
