Now you are with your brother in Tarifa. What are your plans for this year? There is a long wait until the first PWA, where do you plan to train?
Yeah we had a great time in Tarifa and this was super important again. Haha, you should have seen me there after a few months in Bonaire, the strong and gusty wind really gave me a hard time on the first few days. But now I have a perfect setup for all my sails and I’m super used to my whole sail range from 4.0 – 5.6 and I really love them all.
Right now we are on our travel toward Podersdorf and from there the German Baltic sea is calling.
We will have the the first German Freestyle Battle in May, where some prize money is waiting, 1st of June there is already the second one sponsored by Chiemsee with a fixed time during the German Surf Festival. If there is no wind it will be a Tow in.
So I finally have to use windless time in May to get some Tow-in skills. Then I want to increase my kitesurfing level throughout May and also I will do two small photo and video Projects with Julian Robinet.
So May is all packed up. Beginning of June I will fly to Bonaire again get some last fine tuning on my skills there and then finally compete the first PWA this year.
