Antoine kills it at Speed Event!

France’s Antoine Albeau took the heat out of the Finian/Bjorn speed battle by out pacing them all at the Port St.Louis Speed Event in France.

He won with a top speed of 40.044knots.

The event was a tremendous success with over 120 competitors battling in 75 knots winds which at one point closed down the event as kit flew around the beach inflicting one or two broken noses (honestly!)

Adjust your footstraps whilst ON the water - NO more velcro!

Martin Technologies have come up with the M1 Binding for windsurf and kitesurf boards. The footstrap is adjusted minutely and instantly using the ‘dial’ on each strap. It has a gear ratio of 3:1 so you can tighten or loosen your straps very easily on and off the water. Also idea if you want to lend your friend your board for a few runs then you can ‘re-dial’ the straps in a matter of seconds when he’s finished instead of struggling with all that Velcro.

The straps come in asymmetrical and symmetrical shapes.

You can buy one from www.martintechnologies.com.

Cost: $40 + $10 post & packaging ($15 if posted outside the USA ) or email the UK distributor ron@martintechnologies.com
