This photo sequence taken by helicopter on Maui shows the current PWA wave champ Kauli Seadi launching into a super tweaked pushloop.

Kauli: This manoeuvre is the kind of move that really flows. You really use the wind to make you twist. It’s the pushing of the sail so hard against the wind that gives you lift; that extra push when normally on regular pushloops you would be going down already.

Going for tweaked pushloops was the first big step for me to take the courage to go for the push forward because the move really flows and gives you more feeling of ‘hanging time’ in the air. It’s also a really sic move!
