Over a lifetime of windsurfing fun, we dare not
add it all up!
To determine a price to get started is also tricky,
as there is lots of second hand kit about. So let’s
pretend we have won the lottery and will be buying
everything brand spanking new! Basically the worst
case scenario…
- Beginner Package (board, sail, boom, mast, mast foot, mast extension): £999
- Wetsuit: £120
- Harness: £60
- Boots: £15
- Roof rack straps: £10
- Third party insurance through RYA membership: £35
- TOTAL: £1239

BUT…
- Buy second hand and you can easily half that.
