The 2012 Curacao Challenge is fast approaching. Scheduled for 17th-20th May, this year the slalom racing promises to be more exciting than ever. With 2 half days of freestyle competition also lined up, the multi-discipline event is sure to wow the crowds. With multiple age and skill categories, there really is a set of races for everyone! Andy \’Bubble\’ Chambers is Tweeting away about his final windy days in Dahab, Egypt as he prepares to jet off to Maui for the JP/Neil Pryde photoshoot. Sounds like he scored some good wind in the desert.

Manuel Grafenauer has released a brilliant video from the Stehsegelrevue 48HRS Contest on Lake Garda. A really fun event, ten teams battle it out in multiple disciplines, including freestyle, slalom, darts and \’sexy photoshoot!\’. More news from Maui and it appears that Moroccan aerial madman Boujmaa Guillol has injured himself while sailing. More details to follow but it would appear Boujmaa has damaged his foot and has to leave Hawaii to get it fixed. Bad luck to the Starboard rider, it was almost a year ago he broke his hand trying a triple loop at Ho\’okipa, let\’s hope he gets better soon!
Chris Freeman from the Hot Sails Maui team has shared some footage of himself, Diony Gaudagino and Tom enjoying some slalom action. A rough cut of the footage but it looks like fun!
