Today\’s AM update kicks off with a few reports circulating from the early windy season in Egypt.

World Number Two in Ladies Freestyle, Laure Treboux, has been travelling around the Sinai and had an amazing day at the Blue Lagoon. Sailing with World Champion Sarah-Quita Offringa, read Laure\’s full report and check out some more awesome shots like this Shove-it Spock on her WEBSITE.

Another PWA freestyler touring around Egypt is Dutch sailor Arriane Aukes. There is a short report and some pictures from a recent trip to El Tur on here blog HERE. Joining Arriane in El Tur was Jamie Drummond, whose sail sponsor Tushingham have shared a report from Day One of the Dahab Festival Freestyle Competition. Read all about it HERE.

The first PWA event of the year starts today. Reggio Calabria in Italy is playing host to the mens and ladies\’ slalom fleets. One sailor who will be fighting for the top spot is Micah Buzianis. Spending the winter on Maui, Micah has been training hard on his Maui Sails to get himself tuned up and as fast as possible for the race season. In this short clip, Micah joins sparring partner Phil McCain for slalom training.

┬áThe KSB film team have uploaded their \’Best of\’ clip from the 2012 Fuerteventura Wave Classic. As reported here on Boardseeker, the event didn\’t deliver the best conditions, but the riders still managed to pull off some great wave rides and aerials. Cornwall has been going off! The 5 Oceans sails crew scored some pretty big conditions down on the Cornish coast. Lots of amazing pictures on their blog HERE.

Good news from the American WIndsurfing Tour. The Goya Santa Cruz Windsurfing Festival kicks off on May 3rd, and with over 60 competitors already registered, it promises to be an epic event. However, not content with 5 events, the AWT have added a further stop to the tour – in Peru! The Pacasmayo Classic is hosted at one of the longest waves in the world, so it should allow some unbelievable wave rides.
