The first BWA events of the year kick off tomorrow, with Rhosneigr in Wales and Brandon Bay in Ireland set for some big action. The back-to-back events will launch the 2012 British Wavesailing Association competition and the forecast is set to deliver some decent swell and wind – it promises to be an exciting start to the year. British Champion Ben Proffitt says of opponent Phil Horrocks, “Phil always battles hard on home turf so it should be a tough comp just like last year, fingers crossed.”
Horrocks, Proffitt and Andy \’Bubble\’ Chambers, who made up the top three at Wales and in the final 2011 rankings, have been putting in some serious training over the winter, so it is sure to be an action-packed event, who will come out on top?

The penultimate day of the PWA Slalom has wrapped up in Korea.
