The Bank Holiday weekend saw some exciting racing at Christchurch, with sun and plenty of wind for the 125 strong fleet.
Keith Atkinson was unbeatable in the Formula fleet winning all of the seven races, his nearest challengers Xavier Ferlet and Alan Jackson were struggling to keep up. The Youths put in a great performance again, Dan Simpson coming in 4th overall, Richard Jones 6th and James Simpson in 8th.
The RS:X fleet also had a good outing with 8 races in the varying winds. Richard Hamilton showed his winning form again with Daniel Ince in second place. Adam Pepalis won the Raceboard fleet outright on an IMCO.
Equipment wise it seemed to be Prydes that were dominating the proceedings on Starboard boards, with Maui Sails, North and Gaastra putting in good performances.
The next event is at Bewl in 2 weeks time, then the Northern Championships at Bridlington in 3 weeks time.
