After a positively splendid Jubilee weekend, here is what has been going down in the windsurfing news…

One of the highlights from the last week has to be Dave Whites regular updates from the RRD International meeting in Cyprus. It seems the meeting went down a storm with a lot of fun had by all. Whitey reports from his website about the event, including visits from the Prime Minister of all people! Be sure to check the pictures on facebook also, there seems to be quite the display of new sails, boards and a \’touch\’ of partying thrown in the mix. Whilst there Whitey proves his detective work by revealing a little more to us about the new RRD toys in this sneak peak video, presented by none other than Jem Hall.

Talking of Jem Hall, he has fired us this quick news update on his coaching clinics. Don\’t miss out. Fancy wind, warmth & good times? Join Jem Hall for some top class coaching to give your gybes, stunts, stance and freestyle a boost in Prasonisi, Rhodes this June. Few spaces available on the weeks of June 13, 20 and 27th. Up next, Nicolas Akgazciyan continues to prove that he is at the top of his game with this nice edit to a classic song. No handed burners, double moves and combinations are all a part of the mix. We look forward to seeing him in competition at PWA Fuerteventura…

Meanwhile Hot Sails Maui are doing a good job at unifying their line with their new intern Paul Zeper. They fired us this press release about their new developments on their Smack C6 wave sail. Pushing the boundaries of light-weight materials, Hot Sails are certainly making an impact… Back to Paul and we already know he is a bit of a dab hand when it comes to video production, so here is his next edit from a surprise session at a very late season Hookipa just last week – Hot Sails Testing.

Back in Europe and it looks like Club Vass are after a new Chef. We spotted on World of Windsurf\’s facebook page that anyone who is keen to cook and windsurf should get in touch. Sounds like heaven – food + windsurfing! Email ollie@clubvass.net for more.

Finally, more news on Neilpryde\’s latest freestyle sail, the Wizard. Simply – It works like magic… watch here for more.

Head back here this afternoon for more action…
