Boardseeker

After Finian Maynard\’s scintilating performance yesterday there is plenty of video action about. For now we have more highlights from the PWA Livestream team, check them out below, as well as updates from Andy \’Bubble\’ Chambers and Sarah Quita Offringa.

As the freestylers head on down for registration today many of them will no doubt be hitting the water for one last training session before the event begins. With plenty of incredible action yesterday we are sure to see some big moves and fierce battles during the competition.

One person who may wish to be there is Al Bentley, now living in Perth, WA, he has produced this little video of him and a few friends tearing up the flatter spots in Australia. Check it out.

Talking of tearing up, Team France have produced their clip from pozo now after releasing the trailer last week. A great edit which leaves the question, will other countries step up to the mark and create their own teams…

If all this tearing up is getting you in the mood then take a look at this final clip from Kai Lenny. This 90 second edit was produced as his entry for AWSI Windsurfer of the Year. It looks like the young Hawaiian waterman certainly has what it takes.

Sticking with the American windsurfers, the freestylers have been at it in the River Gorge. On just day one they managed to complete a full single and double elimination, with Wyatt Miller taking 1st overall. It was certainly very close though as the double elimination went into the super final, read much more about it here and watch the video (just in) below.

Anyone wishing to compete on the European Freestyle Pro Tour this year has just two days to get their final registration in for the event in Sigri, Greece. Already signed up are the likes of Davy Scheffers, Nicolas Akgazcyan, Tilo Eber, Andraz Zan and flying the flag for the UK, Adam Sims. If you want to be in, then get signed up and registered on efpt.net and keep an eye on their facebook page for plenty of updates.

Finally, Boardseeker are also currently in Tenerife testing. We\’ve got photos and more info for you but you will have to head back this afternoon to find out more…

In the meantime, head over to our Livestream platform to follow all the latest action out in PWA Fuerteventura.
