Video: Latvia with Liepājas and Pāvilostas
Latvia is the most heard about windsurfing location but judging by this video the scene is well and truly alive there. Conditions seem to vary from perfect flat water to decent shoulder high down the line waves. Well edited, with a little tow-in and some good action, this clip is certainly worth a watch.
