Laure Treboux is a 22 year old girl from Lausanne in Switzerland and as you can see from her movie she is pretty hot on the water! After her second place at the IFCA World Freestyle Champs, she is planning on doing the PWA Tour next year.

She specialized in freestyle after working at Club Dahab all summer but is spending the winter in Brazil and Cape Town to improve her wave riding and jumping.

 We asked her how she got so good?

“I suppose it's first of all because I love this sport so much, and I can spend hours trying the same move. The lake I come from is probably the least windy place in Europe so I spent lots of time doing freestyle in really light winds. That helped so much for when I got to learn the moves in planing winds.

Then of course I've had the chance of sailing with very good windsurfers in Dahab and all of them helped me a lot (thanks guys!)”.
