The windiest day of 2005??

It\’s been howling up the west coast of Britain as a juicy low front came hurtling through Ireland, the Irish Sea and the whole west coast of Scotland. Tiree has had gusts up to¬†60knots whilst Rhosneigr has been a steady 45knots with gusts over 50knots. It has been hard enough to walk your kit down the beach yet alone go sailing.

Massive, completely out-of-control jumps, death backloop landings and don\’t even think about wave riding as you won\’t be sheeting in on your 3m. Ben Proffitt, Phil Horrocks & Greg Martin were all at Rhosneigr and we have some highly amusing footage for you in the NEXT issue of the mag. (Out in a week\’s time)
