Last weekend the second event in the Spanish Championship took place in El Medano.
On Friday, the wind was too light to do any competition, but it wave the sailors a rest before the big day that was coming up.
On Saturday, nice logo high waves and 25 to 30 knots winds made the competition happen.
The level was pretty high, with some Canarian legends in the fleet like Marcos Perez and Dani Bruch.
In the end, the local Dani Bruch (Gaastra/F2) kept the victory at home with Marcos Perez (Exocet/GunSails) in second and Aleix Sanllehy (North Sails/F2) in third.
They also had a nice junior fleet putting up a hard battle with backloops, high forwards and impressive ridings. The top three were Jose Romero, Omar Sanchez and Alessio Stillrich (Fanatic).
