UKWA Waves/Slalom: Rhosneigr

Competitors were greeted by a sunny, calm day at Rhosneigr – perfect to get things ready for what will be a classic Rhossy weekend.

The forecast is looking good with south-west winds and some ground swell to give perfect port tack jumping for the wave riders.

The slalom boys are going to have a lot of fun with 25 knot winds forecast; they\’ll be out and back all day long. It\’s also great to see so many Irish sailors arriving on the ferry from Dublin.

This event is the second round of the JP/NeilPryde Irish Sea Challenge as well as being the first UK JP/NeilPryde Slalom event.

We just can\’t wait! Tune into the BOARDSEEKER FORUM for live updates throughout Saturday.
