News Headlines – Tue 23rd

The dates for the PWA Slalom event in Reggio Calabria, in Italy, have been brought forward. The event which was scheduled for mid September, will now take place around the end of August. The PWA will give more details as soon as they have more news.

Maybe the conditions have been bad in Pozo for the last few weeks, but earlier in the year they had a few good days and Jonas Ceballos definitely made the most of them. Check out this little video. Looks like he could be one to watch in two weeks time.


We haven’t heard much from Tristan Boxford in a while. But our spy in Hawaii, Giampaolo Cammarota sends us a sneaky picture of Tristan\’s unexpected windsurfing session in Oahu.

Not sure if you want to read this. This poor guy had a “private meeting” with a shark.

The Naish goes East Event heads to Bulgaria, to windsurf, kite and party hard. The event will take place at the Bulgarian Crazy Island Center on the island of Gokceada in the north Agean sea. The event starts tomorrow and will last untill the 28th. More info here.

And it looks like the Fanatic Boarders Centre are planning to open a new loaction in this paradisiacal looking spot.
