Staying on Maui but this time waterwomen as the world\’s wahine windsurfers converged for the Butterfly Effect on 22 April. Conceived by Tatiana Howard and Juliana Shelef, this year\’s gathering attracted over 150, and the movement\’s now gone worldwide with more festivals spreading their wings in Sardinia and Fiji.
