She\’s the UKWA\’s Windsurfer of the Year, and though it\’s still early days it looks like Izzy Hamilton could be on track for a World Championship RS:X title too as she still comfortably leads the 2010 Cyprus RS:X Youth World Windsurfing Championship after a light second day. In the men\’s fleet Connor Bainbridge is still in 4th with Sam Sills slipping back to 8th. The event finishes on Sunday – follow their progress at the official Youth Worlds site. After a successful conclusion to the BSA series in Weymouth last weekend, the OTC Weymouth will be hosting a winter slalom series every other Saturday morning from 10am – more on ukwindsurfing.com, where you can join the email group for updates.
