Staying with racing and the world\’s fastest growing class, Formula Experience is set to become One-Design from January 2012. Under the new regulations, the Formula Experience class will only allow the Starboard Formula Experience 160 in combination with a Severne OverDrive sail. More here.

JP have unveiled their Slalom VII rocket for 2011. As used by World Champ Antoine Albeau and 4th placed PWA racer Micah Buzianis, six sizes are available from 56 to 82cm wide with 81 to 132L of volume. Check them out.

And talking of Albeau, the fearsome Frenchman will be taking part in the weekend\’s Fort Boyard Windsurf Challenge – a popular French long-distance race out on the west coast that\’s set to attract over 200 entries. See a translated schedule here.
