Todays huge news is the Kevin Pritchard has signed with Ezzy Sails. The implications of the move are just as big, as KP will be quitting racing for at least a year. According to windsurfing US, his plan is to take a back seat from competition, focus on other parts of windsurfing. Video work, brand marketing and mostly just enjoying the sport and getting the stoke back. Read his mini interview here.

The PWA release their 2011 Calandar, with 4 new events added to the tour. Vietnam is set for February, plus a back to back Carribean tour in early summer, plus an additional Canaries leg in Tenerife. Still plenty “to be confirmed” but at the moment it is looking good for 2011. Check out more at

More transfer new. Pieter Bijl moves to JP Australia. Pieter has been one of the main men at NeilPryde for the past few years, so moving to JP is an obvious one for him. He will be joining the PWA tour again this year after a couple of years off. Expect big things from the guy who develops Antoine\’s and Micah\’s sails! Source:Winsurfjournal
