Kiri Thode has won the single elimination PWA Freestyle at Mui Ne – he threw down culos, air flakas, a shaka 360, spock-culo and ponch to overcome Gollito in the final. Third and fourth went to Taty and Tonky Frans. Both Brits fell to the finalists in the second round, Max Rowe to Kiri and Bubble to Tonky. Dakhla in Western Sahara saw action too yesterday, with the first race of the event – a 40km downwinder in 15-20 knots – finally starting on day 7. After some confusion it seems Diony Guadagnino won the men\’s fleet, with Sarah Hébert first of the women home. More here.
