Over on pwaworldtour.com and this weeks sailor in focus is freestyle chick Xenia Kessler. Another PWA sailor, Loick Spicher has been training out in Brazil, where he also discovered another new talent, Jomilson.
A bit of a long-haul over to Maui and Jordan Reid has put together his own version of the Maui Makani Classic. The event was held in a pumping swell with marginal wind condtions. Take a look for yourself at this super nice edit.
Sticking with Maui and legendary windsurfers Levi Siver, Jake Miller, Keith Teboul and Pascal Bronnimann founded \’Positive H2O\’, to help promote and solve the ongoing issues that affect the very water we sail on. They recently held their Water/Wo/Men event in the Maldives to help raise funds for future projects. Check the video below and head over to positive-h2o.com to find out more and see how you can get involved.
The final round up of the day goes to the young Hawaiian watermen, Kai Lenny. His sponsors, Naish, produced this clip of him going from \’Grom to Watermen\’.
