News Headlines – Thu 5th

The wind continues to blow Britain away. Clyde Waite reports from a nice session on the Dorset coast: windsurfbritain.blogspot.com. Meanwhile facebook reports come in from Jamie Drummond, Max Rowe and Scott Perry about nuking winds, big crashes and more nuking winds! On a slightly different tangent but sticking with UK riders, UK female wave champion, Sarah Bibby has been enjoying a rest from windsurfing by skiing in Andorra. More on sarak349.blogspot.com.

Youp Schmit, currently training in South Africa, has put out this nice video of him at his \’home spot\’, Lac Bay in Bonaire. 2011 was a good year on the PWA tour for Youp and he hopes with all the training he’s doing he can take it one step further in 2012.

Another video from the same Caribbean Island now, featuring the usual crowed of locals, just doing their day job, pulling their repotire of mind blowing moves.

Jager Stone splits his time between windsurfing and studying physiotherapy. Despite only competing in two events in 2011 he managed to place 18th overall on the PWA tour. Read this nice interview with him on boards.co.uk.
