Some great news to start the day from the ultimate windsurfing couple of John Skye and Nayra Alonso. Amid questions about whether she was injured, Nayra has revealed the great news that she is pregnant. “Fingers crossed everything will carry on fine and in November we will have a little Skyeboy or Skyegirl!” Big congratulations to John and Nayra from the Boardseeker team, will the little one be a future world champ?! As we reported on TuesdayFrench sailor Julien Bontemps was the victor at the recent RS:X event at Hyeres. From Egypt to France now with some more freestyle action, this time from Bastien Rama. When the wind swings to the south at his local spot of Lake Monteynard, Bastien can throw down his switch tricks right in front of the camera. A short clip with some nice action from the Frenchman…

A while back, we shared details of Naish\’s competition, whereby one lucky windsurfer could get their hands on a sail signed by the one and only Robby Naish! The sail in question was the new Chopper, and the Naish team are happy to announce the winner is Bruze Spedding from New Zealand. Bruce is stoked with the win, saying “While it would be nice to frame it and hang it on the wall, I know I won\’t be able to resist using it!” Read more here.
