ISA Walvis Bay Speed Week

The third day of the Walvis Bay speed week showed the best winds and allowed Bjorn Dunkerbeck to blast into first place with consistant high speed runs, and the fastest speed of the day of 41 knots. The usual names provided the nearest times of Patrick Diethelm, Finian Maynard and World Speed Tour leader Antoine Albeau.

Dunkerbeck will be keen re-claim the windsurfing speed title, especially as Antoine Albeau is somewhat stepping on his toes after taking the slalom world champioinship well before the season is out, after all speed and slalom used to be firmly Dunkerbeck\’s territory.
